I keep landing on this page on a loop after I have used my Gmail account to sign in. Somehow it keeps looping. I select "Continue with Gmail" and then choose my already signed-in Google account. But it takes me to the same page I started with (attached below). What am I missing here?

You Gmail account isn't the sync it's only a login point. The sync uses Firefox server to sync data between devices with the same Firefox sigin-in. Firefox never uses a actual email to login that is for password and login reset that it will send to your actual Gmail account to verify the user when doing these changes. That's what I recall it does.

Do you have any settings/extensions that would block Pocket from setting cookies? I know if you have Firefox's history settings set to Never Remember History it can cause problems logging in (see How to fix Pocket login issues
