Several years ago I stopped using Outlook and started using TB 60.9.1. I converted the PST emails and migrated them to TB Local Folders. I have never been able to update TB to 68.12.1 without losing the Local Folders that I set up. I am not an IT person and not very good with software. Could someone kindly provide some simplified guidance so I can update TB without losing my Local Folders? Thank you!

I am no expert on ver 68, but this should work: - exit thunderbird - locate the profile and copy the Mail\Local Folders folder to a safe place - upgrade thunderbird - then, with thunderbird not running, copy the backed-up local folders to the Mail\Local Folders folder
