I have a new computer and download Thunderbird. I make a donation and the next screen ‘Just one more step’ Finish. installing and start enjoying Thunderbird. But nothing happens and there are no more icons to click on. Any help?

Please post a screenshot of the screen with 'just one more step' so we know the issue.
