after Firefox update 3.6.4, app will not open; has only a 889K firefox.exe. file. Do I have to stat over?
Firefox asked to update yesterday. After it installed itself, a dialog box said there was a serous error and it would try to recover. Firefox stopped responding and I closed it manually when I turned off the computer hours later. Today Firefox will not start. Looking at the file, it says it is only 889KB. Have I lost all my bookmarks and passwords?

Firefox foze when I was using it yesterday and when I restarted it it said it was updating firefox. But it won't load up. I have been to task manager and the process firefox.exe will appear for 1 or 2 secs before disappearing.
I have installed google chrome which has copied all my bookmarks from firefox. I prefer firefox though. Any idea how to get it to load up
After upgrading I can't get firefox to open. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and no good. This seems to be a big problem.
Same problem after upgrading to v3.6.4. It appears in the Task manager but just sits there and Firefox browser doesnt appear. Have managed to install previous version and it works however would prefer to be on the latest version
