After updating to the new version of Firefox, then the Adobe update, when I startup firefox again it says that adobe needs my premision to do something then the GetPlus + (R) crashes. Why?
I just updated to the new version of Firefox, then updated the Adobe flash as suggested by Firefox, but when ever I open Firefox again it says Adobe needs my permission to do something then it says that the GetPlus + (R) has crashed and apparently Adobe never fully updates. Is this a huge problem? If so how do I fix it??
Thanks
This happened

== I updated to the new Firefox, then updated the Adobe flash player as Firefox suggest.

Hi Charles, You can just download the direct installer for Flash.
- Save this link to your computer: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
- Close Firefox
- In Control Panel -> Programs and Features, uninstall any Adobe Download Manager, GetPlus, or similar entries.
- Also uninstall Flash.
- Then run the install_flash_player.exe you downloaded earlier.
That should get Flash working again (check that it is listed under Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins)
See also Managing the Flash Plugin
Well that worked, not getting the not working window anymore but (That should get Flash working again (check that it is listed under Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins) no there.
That a problem??
Thanks for the answer btw!!
Well Flash won't work if it isn't listed there.
Do YouTube and other Flash sites work?
If not, try running the uninstaller with Firefox closed: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Then re-run the installer.
After the install of Flash, you need to Restart Firefox, then under Tools > Add-ons > Plugins, look for "Shockwave Flash".
