Firefox cannot connect with server at www.websitename.com, have tried all suggestions on support page. It is not blocked by firewall.

cannot connect to server @ www.websitename.com, I have made sure that this program is in the lists of exceptions through firewall, selected no proxy, set disable prefetch value to true, disabled IPv6, and cleared all history and cookies. Nothing has worked.
