No there is no download CD available But you can download Firefox from www.getfirefox.com and put on a USB flash drive and take it to the person if they are close enough.

To answer your question, yes, you can install Firefox on a computer that has internet access.

You can download the installer for Firefox, copy or save it to a USB/thumb drive or burn it to a CD, transport the USB/thumb drive or CD to the other computer and install Firefox. If the other computer is a Windows computer, IE is generally installed with Windows, so IE should be available to download the Firefox installer. Download Firefox from here (choose the OS for the other computer and the language you wish): http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html See: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Installing+Firefox

Other Issues: ~~red:You have installed plug-ins with known security issues. You should update them immediately.~~

Update Shockwave for Director (aka Shockwave Player): your ver. ~~red:10.2 (very old)~~; current ver. 11.5.7.609 (important security update released 2010-05-11; see http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb10-12.html) NOTE: this is not the same as Shockwave Flash; this installs the Shockwave Player. ~~red:Check your version here~~: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ SAVE the installer to your hard drive (Desktop is a good place so you can find it). When the download is complete, exit Firefox (File > Exit), locate and double-click in the installer you just downloaded, let the install complete. See: Installing Shockwave
