After downloading Firefox 3.6.9 I have not been able to get my add on toolbars to show up on my browser they are still in my firefox add ons but they are not in the toolbar menu. When I click on View-Toolbars all that's visible is Menu-Navigation-Bookmarks and Customize. I have tried to disable all add ons except google toolbar for firefox but still no help I need this toolbar back to recover my bookmarks.

A couple of things to try.

A file that stores details of installed extensions and themes may be corrupt. Try the procedure to delete corrupt extension files in the unable to install add-ons article. This will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions and themes.

Another possibility is the file that stores details of toolbars is corrupt, you can fix that by resetting toolbars and controls as shown in the Changes to toolbars and window sizes are not saved article.
