The company that manages my health savings account has notified me that my "digital certificate" (which they clearly use to help identify me online; didn't know I had one) has expired, and to get a new one, I have to delete the old one in "your browser's certificate store." I have cleared the cache, but this didn't seem to work. How do I do this?
