firefox wont start no matter what!!!
This morning i turn on the computer, and i was playing a game in my laptop like for one hour,then i got bored and quit it, then i tried to open firefox, but it wont open, it appears the blue circle of the mouse, like its loading, but then it stops and nothing happens!!! even internet explorer wont work either,
i already tried the first suggestion in this page from this website:

i open the task manager but firefox.exe doesnt appear ,like i never click it!!!
i already unistall firefox and installed a new one but nothing!!!!! it looks like i didnt even reinstalled it!! i even tried to enter from my messenger by clicking the button that shows you how many massages you have , and nothing happens either!!! AND YES i already restarted the computer milions of times, even shuting it down!!! There is internet in my computer so i dont know whats the problem here pleasee!!!! yesterdday was working just fine!! and the laptop is brand new so i dont suspect its the laptop problems right??

buddy, try safe mode of firefox(not windows safemode), windows start menu, then "run", type in this, "firefox -safe-mode" to run it, without quotation marks. and do you really have the administrator previledge? and do u have more than 1 versions of firefox in your computer? check it. keep only one version of firefox 4 official, and when you remove previous firefox don't forget remove all its addons, and you should know it requires a complete restart of your OS to do the uninstall, and after that, install the new firefox 4, download a new ff4.0 install pack from mozilla official, and don't use any addons, and add firefox.exe into you firewall and antivirus software's whitelist. and check your firefox.exe, do some test. if it doesn't work, try google chrome 10.x and calm down.

i dont even have safe mode for somereason it wont show up in the search bar!! and yes im the administrator,i though i already said in doesnt work in neither of both accounts, and i said too i unistalled the old one and intallled a new one , so yes i only have one version of it. and no i dont like google crhome D: thats why im trying to fix firefox, and other reasons is because it has all my bookmarks!!! O.O

I have downloaded Firefox 5.0 several times and the program runs but I don't have a safemode option in the startup menu for Firefox or Thunderbird.
