When I enter a lengthy text without CR into a comment text box on Facebook then the text box expands incorrectly. The more I write the more of the last words is cut off on the bottom. The same done with IE works fine.

see attached image OK, cat attach images, but I put one into my answer.

Sounds like a problem with the font size that isn't calculated properly.

Which font is used in that text area?

Does that only happen on Facebook or on other sites like this forum as well?

"Which font is used in that text area?"

I dont know the font used. looking at the code it says: "content="text/html; charset=utf-8"" Its just the Facebook standard font and it seems to be a standard textbox. With Internetexploder it works fine. Yes, its probably that in FF its font size that isn't calculated properly, per line there seems to be 1 pixel missing. It doesnt happen here and many other sites have text boxes that dont expand automatically.
