I just installed Firefox 7 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit; I'm trying to set up Sync so I can connect my mobile phone, but every time I get to the "please prove you're not a robot" page there are no words and no box for me to type in; the window is blank except for the "robot" prompt and the navigation buttons at the bottom. If I click "next" it says "incorrect words, please try again", but I still don't see the words or where to type them in. I disabled my NoScript and Ghostery add-ons to see if they were interfering, no difference. Anything else I can try?

Hi Kataarra!

Try to start the browser in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. Sometimes even if you disable the add-ons their side effects can be persistent.

Let me know if this helps.
