When I log on to email using Firefox I get a "bed request" response

What more can I add? Firefox does not work. Why am I getting a "bad request" response? Dumb term. How can logging on to get email be a bad request. That's what Firefox is for.

That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
