My Mozilla Firefox crashed suddenly this evening when I was in www.actoidz.com. I can only get into this site through my bookmark and I need to get into it. I can't get into the internet at all with Firefox as it hasn't been restlored, yet I can get in with Internet Explorer so the fault is your end. How long before I can get back on to Firefox?

A bookark is only a method of remembering a location. You should still be able to get into a site even if you do not have the bookmark aslong as you know the correct address of the site.

Firerfox may store login details but again as long as you know what they are you should be able to get into the website.

If firefox is crashing and not working then that need sorting out, for ideas and solutions please read:

I get server not found when I try your link http://www.actoidz.com/

Would the link be http://factoidz.com/

Not sure what you mean by so the fault is at your end you have firefox installed on your machine and that is crashing, that is a problem on your machine, or possibly with what you are accessing with it.
