My mobile's android version is 4.1.2. At the present time, I cannot watch and download any youtube videos. If flash player doesn't support any mobile using android version over 4.0 , how can I watch and download these flash videos?

You can still download and install Flash for Android 4.0 which still works on android versions greater than 4.0, which can be found on this site (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html) Which is adobe's own site. Look for Flash for Android 4.0 and the highest version. Although it is not suggested to use an outdated version of flash as it is insecure.

You should get the mobile version of YouTube which sends Firefox a notice to open it in the YouTube App. That will have a much better playback experience than running Flash in the browser.
