Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

Your site does have a lot of external dependencies, and sometimes Firefox will postpone showing any of the page content until it can get to some of those servers. Hopefully this is a temporary problem with your browser (e.g., cache/cookies) or with those sites. However, if it persists, you might also consider whether you might be filtering some of those domains, or send them incomplete information using a privacy-related add-on.

You can also check the Network tab in the Browser/Error Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer;Ctrl+Shift+J).
If necessary then refresh the page via Ctrl+F5 to bypass the cache.

Cleared all cookies and history. Now all works fine. Well can I ask one more question? Why I can't drag and drop the bookmarks to the toolbar??

Do you mean dragging a bookmark to the address bar doesn't load the address of the bookmark?

Or dragging the site icon (padlock or globe to the left of the URL) to the Bookmarks Toolbar doesn't create a bookmark there?

Both of those should work, but some extensions might interfere, or there might be another explanation.

Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible.

  • Firefox menu button > Options
  • View > Toolbars (press F10 to display the menu bar)
  • Right-click empty toolbar area

Use Toolbar Layout (Customize) to open the Customize window and set which toolbar items to display.

  • check that "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
  • if "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the toolbar palette into the Customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar
  • if missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
  • if you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar setup

You can check for problems caused by a corrupted localstore.rdf file.
