I have to deny the possibility to use file protocol (as file://) using firefox 26. I can't allow to the user to see the local file system (C:/). It's a security requirement. If required, I can update to firefox 27.

Best would be to install Firefox in a restricted sandbox environment that only allows access to the Firefox profile folder and not to the local file system. You can't disable the file:// protocol in Firefox.
