I'm trying to reset the password on my FF Account. Every time I ask for a reset link, The link that I'm given results in a page that says "Reset password link expired"

I've no clue how to get past this.

Make sure to allow cookies for the accounts.firefox.com domain.

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I experienced this is with a fresh installation of FF on a new computer. I just checked the cookies and there was only one (__cookie_check) from accounts.firefox.com.

Since this is a new installation of a fresh download, I don't think cookies had anything to do with it.
