So its obviously useful to somebody but in annoys the hell out of me. Especially when services like facebook your always typing on the very bottom of the window while chatting with people. If the mouse happens to land on a link, like 99% of the time then the line pops up on the bottom of the screen over the area your trying to type showing the link details. I could really care less and want to turn it OFF ! How to do so?
