I'm not sure where you are clicking exactly. Is this within a particular website, right-clicking an element in the page, or part of Firefox's user interface (outside the page), or on the Windows Taskbar?

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
