When visiting youtube, I noticed I can't open the menu bar with ALT key. Switching to any other open tab (different websites) I can use the ALT key to open the menu bar. (menu bar = File, Edit, View, History, etc). This is on Win7 Pro x64.

Flash steals "focus" from the browser UI. You need to click somewhere outside the Flash window to restore "focus" to the Firefox UI.
