My Lightening calendar which has been working well with google calendar suddenly stopped syncing. I tried to reinstall it and it still doesn't display?

I have tried multiple times to reestablish the connection between google calendar and lightening. I have deleted the calendar and reinstalled it. I used the xml link on the google calendar for the url. I have google provider installed. I removed it and reinstalled it. I am using the latest version of Thunderbird, of Lightening and the provider for google. It has been working well up until today. The problem started before the upgrade of Thunderbird and continued after it.

Any help would be appreciated.

try the config editor changes I mention here http://thunderbirdtweaks.blogspot.com.au/2014/10/lightning-and-caldav.html and check you have caldav enabled at Google before changing the calendar to caldav. I finally got it working today.
