Recently I keep getting the crash report dialogue box on screen even though Firefox is not running.

I can open and use Firefox without crashing, but shortly after closing Firefox the crash report appears.

I am running the latest version with all add ons up to date.

Any suggestions please?

hello MacH52, in case you are using AVAST 2015 as your security software, please turn off HTTPS scanning within its settings. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/33.0.2/releasenotes/#known-issues
