In recent firefox release I get this error for some sites. I understand there is a security fix to prevent unsecure connection. i need to access these websites for my account checking and contacting their customer care. ( https://auth.aircel.com/selfcareidam/Landing.jsp) While IE 11 also gives the same error, there is a setting in IE Options > Security Tab > Enable Protected Mode to be unchecked for accessing this site at least temporarily and reset it back.

Could you give me a similar setting option for Firefox and how one can access this site?

Hi b.shanky, There may have been a change since this post, but there is no encryption on the site that you have posted here.

Please also make sure that your firewall or antivirus did not change to affect the certificate.
