I use Google Chrome and IE for accessing a site www.wgt.com but I've been recommended to use Mozilla Firefox to reduce problems on that site. However I get a message from the wgt website stating enable flash in your browser only when I use Mozilla. I have checked the always activate boxes for all add-ons but still it won't load. Can you help? I notice many people have the same issue with Mozilla and constantly ask the same question on the wgt site.

Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left click the icon. A window for displaying site information should come up. Now select Permissions. In the menu, find the plugin, and set it to Never or Ask. This action will only effect that one site.

Your system details list doesn't show that the Shockwave Flash plugin is installed and enabled. You can check that here:

  • Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins

You can find links of the latest Shockwave Flash player for Firefox on this page:

You can verify on the Adobe Flash Players Test Page that the Flash plugin is working and which version you have.

Don't hover over the icon, left mouse on it.
