Options dialogs display as blank when opened.

When opening options, the last displayed tab is displayed. as of 36.0.1, this tab is displaying as blank.

This can be a problem with the Ghostery extension.

Reverting back to 35.0.1 seems to have resolved this issue (with all settings/add-ons being the same). Seems Ghostery may not be the (primary) issue...leastwise 35 seems to play nice with Ghostery.
