Whenever downloading files is completed , how to make that tab close automatically

Whenever a file is downloaded , i can see it in downloads folder , but it is opening a new tab for downloading files and once it is finished downloading , the tab is not getting closed automatically, is there a away to make tab close after its completed downloading files

Its possible to close the download manager when done: In order to change your Firefox Configuration please do the following steps :

  1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
  2. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
  3. browser.download.manager.closeWhenDone double click and it should be set to true.

However I cannot find an add on that does this.
