For the past few versions, I experience a crash when I attempt to share a link via Facebook from a website that has the "Share on Facebook" button. I am able to sign into Facebook after pressing the button and am able to write in the comments prior to my submitting the link. However, once I hit the share button in the Facebook window, Firefox crashes.

Hi, Can you please share the Website name so we can investigate the problem? Till that, can you please try disabling Hardware Accelator and try again? Then perform these steps:

  1. Open Firefox Options window (Preferences on Mac or Linux) as follows:
    • Click the menu button New Fx Menu and select Options for Windows or Preferences on Mac or Linux.
  2. In the Firefox Options (or Preferences) window, click the Advanced tab, then select General.
  3. In the settings list, you should find the Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
  4. Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:
