I need to print off a sent email, but do not want the attached pictures printing also. The pictures take all the space, then the text is tiny? Thanks for your help. Chrissie:)

If sent email has 'attached' images: Uncheck - do not select - 'View' > 'Display attachments inline'

File > Print Preview This will then show the headers, content text and text of the attachment but not the actual attached image.

If sent email has images embedded in the content: Highlight the content text

File > Print Preview This will then just show the text but nothing else - no images and no headers.

If it has embedded images and you want the headers: 'View > 'Message body as' > Select 'Plain text'

This will put embedded images as if they are attachments File > Print Preview This will show headers, text and text showing attachments, but no images.

You can use the 'Scale' to increase or decrease the text. eg: Increase scale to increase text size.

click on Print when happy.
