After going to mapquest.com yesterday, the site asked a question about allowing aol access to search data. The button"enable" was presented with a checkmark already checked so i unchecked it, logically, but unwittingly was tricked into accepting and the button was pressed. The "no thanks" eas in grey kn black and hardly visible. As soon as i did that, firefox and all internet browzers stopped working. One tab works for a while and when the entire system is restarted. But then hangs and crashes like all other tabs. Can anyone help? Also thought firefox would like to know this and hoping they have a fix.
