I have no FF menu (three bars missing). Help instructions do not work for me. Long pressing an android icon (return, home, multitask) does not call the menu either. I have no menu button.

Consider adding a choice "force menu", perhaps under developer tools or settings. FF version 42.0.1, android 4.2.2

As I already clearly stated: "Help instructions do not work for me."

The 3 bars menu is AWOL, and long pressing the icons (as per the help) does not work for me.

Simple solution then.....

Bye Bye Firefox....
