Is there any way to virtually press the ALT or CTRL keys, when using Firefox on an Amazon Kindle Fire ?

I have the 2015 Kindle Fire 7", which is a low cost Android tablet that has a soft keyboard that does NOT contain either the ALT or CTRL keys.

Thanks for any advice / suggestions.

What are you trying to do with the alt/ctrl keys? It is impossible to answer the question as presented.
