If Firefox is not currently running, clicking on hyperlinks in Thunderbird only opens a blank tab in Firefox. However, if Firefox is running, clicking on Facebook hyperlinks opens the link correctly. I'm not sure if this is a Firefox issue or an issue with the formatting specific to the Facebook links. All other hyperlinks function correctly.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I have transferred this topic to the Firefox forum, but will continue to monitor it. Thunderbird has no idea it the default browser is running or not, it just sends the link to the operating system.

I am monitoring this, because I would like to see the answer to this one myself.
