Thunderbird is saving 2 copies of sent emails in my Thunderbird sent folder, how do i stop this?

Every time I send an email in Thunderbird 2 copies of the email appear in the sent folder and wondering how to correct so that only one copy is save to the sent folder.

It's probable that your email server is automatically putting a copy in 'sent' and Thunderbird is putting another. The solution is to turn off that function in Thunderbird: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1103138

It's probable that your email server is automatically putting a copy in 'sent' and Thunderbird is putting another. The solution is to turn off that function in Thunderbird: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1103138
