This does not sound like a question about Firefox for iOS, but more a question about how to use tethering to connect your desktop device to use your mobile devices internet connection.

I recommend you contact the support team or a support forum for your desktop device, whether that be Apple or Microsoft depending on whether you are using OSX or Windows.
