Hi

Thank you for your question.

The new multiprocess functionality in Firefox is being rolled out in stages so that issues can be resolved with different types of configuration. You may not have it now, but hopefully it will be rolled out to you in the coming months.

If you are comfortable accessing the about:config settings, you may find this article useful, but this should be done very carefully and is not recommended.

Alternatively, you can back up your Firefox profile (more details on how to do this can be found here)and install Firefox Developer Edition which (as a pre-Release version of Firefox) has that functionality enabled.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we will do our best to help.
