Unable to sign in to Add -on Support
I was advised to take a question to Add-on Suport. The forum does not accept standard Mozilla login credentials, but requires another forum specific registration. This requires responding to a confirmatory email. I have tried to do this three times over five days; I have not yet received the required email.
Any suggestions?

Out of the blue, I can now access the Add-on Forum! I don't know why. It now accepts my Mozilla name and password.
So the problem is solved.

Do you mean on this site:
https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/c/add-ons
Currently, the site seems to use "Persona" which is a system that allows you to log in using an existing account on certain email sites.
Or is the problem on the add-on author's own site?
Mozilla.org has several independent sites within it. Each use their own username and passwords.
I wrote a reply, and Mozilla ate it. Why does this have to be so difficult? I am composing this as an email, to prevent Mozilla from disappearing it again.
All I am trying to find out is how to correct an error, something I would think that Mozilla would like me to be able to do. Why does this have to be so difficult?
jscher2000's link took me to a page I have already visited. The problem is that I can't get any information from this page without registering, which I have so far found impossible. I did not find any way to register from my long-standing Mozilla account. All I found was a way to register IF they sent me an email, which they have not on three attempts. Can you tell me how get past this impasse?
FredMcD, I have unfortunately discovered how difficult it has become to get around in Mozilla. I just try to use Mozilla. I rarely have a need to navigate through the maze which Mozilla seems to have become. And when I need the answer to the surprisingly obscure question of how to correct an error in a review...why does this have to be so difficult? Has Mozilla become so complex that experts can't answer such an apparently simple question? Do you think this is good?
Please, tell me how to correct an error in an add-on review. Or how to get into the so far impenetrable add-on forum.
I don't know why the Persona email isn't coming through to the email account you indicated. I just tested with an old Hotmail account and the message came through. Are you using an email account with heavy spam filtering?? You could create a "throwaway" address if you like, using Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail/Outlook if your regular email isn't working.
Regarding correcting a review, I have no idea what is involved, sorry. Is it your own review or someone else's review? If you think the error violates the policy of the Add-ons site, you can email the editors mailbox: https://developer.mozilla.org/Add-ons/AMO/Policy/Contact
cbrookej, what Mozilla account?
Also the web browser is Mozilla Firefox or Firefox for short as it is not referred to as Mozilla. Mozilla is the name of the company.
Duhhhh.... I'm aging, and it didn't occur to me to check spam. That's where it was. When I clicked the confirmation email, I was informed that Persona would no be operative after Nov. 30. It appeared that operation would be limited until then.
I was also informed that they were now shifting to Passwordless.net. The instructions appear to be for Linux. I'm working on Linux, but I haven't gotten very far yet.
There was also something about dev-identity, which I didn't understand; it wasn't clear what dev-identity accessed, and it seeemed to be operable only from an administer's account, to get people on a list, it appeared. I decided not to follow it without understanding more about it.
So, I'm still stuck, not sure what to do next. And thank you for reminding me of spam. I'm still trying to get along, but it's getting more difficult.
I didn't read the message that carefully -- I just clicked the link. (I think for now, you are only able to use Persona for logging in on that site.) When I clicked the link, I was asked to provide my password that I had created earlier today, then I returned to the add-ons site and was able to sign in right away (or maybe I reloaded the page, I can't remember now).
