Can't see Reader Comments on BBC website
Some news stories allow comments on the BBC website. For about a couple of months, when I click on View Comments at the bottom of the story, just get this response: "Sorry, we are unable to load the comments at this time. Please try again later."
I have run Firefox in Safe Mode and still the same. Comments are viewable in Microsoft Edge. Here is an example: http://www.bbc.com/news/health-38680622

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks and history and cookies and passwords and cache and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
Can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

No problem with Comments on that page here with Firefox 51 with very few add-ons installed. Checked SafeMode too, no problems with seeing the Comments.
Hey the-edmeister.
Thanks for your reply. Interesting, something else must be going on. I updated to Firefox 51 and still the same problem.
Does this link work?
You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the Inspector ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer) with this element selected.
Hey cor-el
Thanks for your reply. No, the link still shows the same error message in regular and Safe Mode.
Not sure what I am looking for in the Web Developer script.

Forget this site worked!! Thanks a lot for your help.
I just had to login to the BBC site to be able to rate comments.
