In Settings I chose "automatically update browser", Today it showed me the message that after reloading browser it will be updated to 52 version (my current version is 50). I clicked "Ok" and reloaded browser. After that I went to addons page and tried to install new addons, but half of addons wrote that they wouldn't be installed because they don't support 50 version. But I accepted updates and reinstalled browser. Why updates don't work? I don't understand why the version is still 50 after updates? Can anyone explain?

Firefox 52 us the newest version of Firefox for WinXP. It won't update beyond Firefox 52.

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/ Yes it is made for "organizations", but there is no prohibition for regular users to use it. I use it myself.

My advice is to install the ESR 52 version to receive, which will receive security updates in the ESR channel until ESR 52 ends with 52.8.0 in May 2018. After that you'll need a newer operating system or a different browser, nobody still actively support WinXP so good luck that that.
