Ever since installing 52.3 the program every so often freezes. That is it stays open but striking any key and/or clicking on any part of the display has no effect. The only remedy is to use the Task Manager to shut it down and then re-open the program, at which time it works - until it doesn't any more. This cycle typically occurs 2-3 times a day - sometimes more.

I can't identify anything I do or don't do that causes the freeze. I do typically have a few other programs open at the same time, but they are not affected. That is they work properly at the same time that Thunderbird is frozen and continue to do so when I re-open Thunderbird and it starts working again.

I am running Windows 10 32 bit on a Dell Inspiron with 8GB of main memory and a 500 GB hard drive (300+ free). I have used Thunderbird for several years on this computer and others and have never had this problem until the 52 release.
