I am running Windows 10 Pro. Until the last 2-3 days printing from Fox has been no problem. Now the command does not execute from Fox; other programs print on command. I tried the problem solution on your site, but that did not solve the problem. The file listed in the profile(?) folder ending in ".js" did not contain any lines beginning with print_ , so I could not delete them? Any ideas? Thanks.

You can try to set this pref to 1 on the about:config page.

  • security.sandbox.content.level = 1
  • close and restart Firefox to make the change effective.

If '1' doesn't have effect then try '0'. if this didn't work then undo/reverse the change and reset the pref via the right-click context menu to the default value.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
