Using 1920 x 1080 resolution, the windows for extensions are the wrong size

For the window that comes up when you click on the icon for an extension, the window is always the wrong size. This is only in 1920 x 1080 (default) resolution, if I set the resolution of the monitor to a smaller resolution, the windows become normal size.
