Copying a text with pictures from firefox to Windows word, all use to transfer over, now only text does.

Because web pages are only there sometimes for a short period of time or get altered, I like to copy and paste some pages to Microsoft Word for my personal information. All text and pictures use to transfer up until recently. Currently there are many pages on firefox where you can only copy and paste the text. The picture box is transferred, but no image. (There is a long way around this by print screen, cropping the image, saving, and then pasting into the article, but what a time waster.) Is there an easy answer?

You have to give a site for others to test what your saying is happening. Some sites now have updated security that blocks copying their page and if you highlight you don't get the page you want.

It would be great to work with some specific examples if possible. Some images may be "background" images that Word does not show in Print Layout view, but only Web Layout view. Or it could be something else, as WestEnd suggested.
