In the last few weeks emails sent to users (5 of them) at the domain astound.net are returned as SPAM, I get: "Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 [P4] Message blocked due to spam content in the message". The message says test, there is no spam. I can send using Comcast mail so they say it is not their problem, ask you.

By "Comcast mail", do you mean their webmail?

It is quite possible that your email provider's smtp server, or the ISP's IP address space is blacklisted. But if you can send using their webmall, they will claim that they have met their contractual obligation to their users.

Yes and correct.
