I found that when I go to youtube and play videos which are 1080p 60 fps they don't buffer all the way. What's weird is that when the videos are playing they don't buffer and when it catches up that's when it will try and buffer. I play the same videos on chrome and no buffering problems.

Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla from with in Firefox before posting a question. This helps us help you. I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues. So I have nothing. I would have a list of your video card drivers and any errors that are being experienced. Suggest you find updated drivers for your card as old and corrupted drivers along with mis-configured settings are usually the issue. Please make sure that Hardware Acceleration is turned on in firefox.
