System: Windows 10 1803. Default language for system: en-US Regional settings for system: fr-FR Regional settings for user: fr-FR

The "date" fields are displayed using the en-US format (short date: mm/dd/yyyyy) although the system and user formats are yyyy-MM-dd. The add-on ConfigDate shows the proper format in its configuration options.

Same kind of issue with the time: the format is not the one configured for the system.

Have you updated to Thunderbird 60?

Version is Thunderbird 60.0, English

Note: I checked on a French version of TB 60.0, the dates are displayed in a standard format (dd/MM/yyyy), but it is not the same as the one defined for short date in Windows (yyyy-MM-dd).
