I exported my contacts from Outlook Live into a CSV format. The import into Thunderbird only reads the first half of the csv file. The additional fields show up in an Excel spreadsheet of the same file. How can I get the remaining fields?

It's better to edit your csv in Excel and make the column names and order the same as the TB address book.

Another option is to export from Outlook/Windows Live Mail etc. as vCards and import to TB.
