Firefox upgraded to version 64 and after that firefox does not connect to internet, just white screen. Tried installing version 64 32bit and 64 bit and rebooted many time so change. after typing lets say google.com in address bar and hit enter , it doesn't do anything at all. Reinstalled firefox 64version both 32 bit and 64 bit version and even tried older versions like 62,57 but nothing changes , still just white screen. Sometimes even after typing "about:preference" in address bar and hit enter button, nothing comes after that. Please help

Some problems occur when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;

  • Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
  • Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs. For detailed instructions, see
