When attempting to sign on to the ATT.COM website I get a flash of the ATT homepage and then my BLANK screen show this message "An error occurred on client". Please advise soonest as I MUST connect with ATT.COM. Regarding this message below:

" Follow through. Sometimes, our volunteers would ask you for more information or to test out certain scenarios. The sooner you can do this, the sooner they would know how to fix it."

I have asked questions previously with little to no response from your "community" and sometimes the response has been unintelligible to me.

I got it also. It's a website issue. Contact their support.

FREDMCD:

This scenario is like "Mission Impossible The AT&T website disavows" any involvement in this situation. They adamantly state it is either a browser or computer problem. I cannot seem to get through to those "off-shore" technical support? people. NOT MUCH SUPPORT. This situation does NOT happen when I use Safari. I use Firefox because it supports most of the software that I frequently use.

Remove History For One Site

Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.

I tried it as you suggested and absolutely nothing happened. Thanks, anyway. I suppose if I want to converse with ATT.com I have to use a different browser. Just another time waster switching back-and-forth among browsers. Thanks, Again.
