I have 3 email addresses but Thunderbird only allows me to enter one. I get an error message saying that the email and password is not correct, when I know that it is. Any ideas!

Hi Sadie, I assume that you're using Gmail, which uses OAuth2 authentication. Let's try resetting your passwords.

  1. Go to [=] > Options > Options > Security > Passwords, then click Saved Passwords.
  2. Click Show All Passwords and confirm.
  3. Take a screenshot of your passwords as a backup.
  4. Click the Remove All button.
  5. Restart Thunderbird, then enter your passwords when prompted.
